About the Role: Making Quotation, Response Mailing, Client handling, Product Sales, Day to Day follow-up, Sales executive Must be Able to comprehend Customer Needs and adjust their sales Strategy As Necessary negotiation abilities. Responsibilities: 1.Candidates have good command over English & Hindi. 2. Tele calling inbound and outbound Using scripts to contact both existing and prospective consumers.* 3-Collecting customer details and other pertinent data for additional sales follow-up. 4-Keeping track of calls, sales, and other useful information. 5-Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications. 6-Resolving queries and issues related to the services. 7-Product knowledge Guide the customer as per their needs. 8-Business development.
