We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Banquet Sales Manager to lead our banquet sales team in driving revenue growth, expanding client relationships, and delivering exceptional events. The successful candidate will possess excellent sales, marketing, and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve banquet revenue goals. 2. Identify, solicit, and secure new business opportunities, including corporate events, weddings, and social gatherings. 3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, 4. Negotiate contracts, manage bookings, and ensure accurate event details. 5. Collaborate with culinary, operations, and event teams to deliver exceptional events. .6 Monitor sales performance, track progress, and adjust strategies accordingly. 7. Develop and maintain knowledge of market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments. Requirements: 1. 2+ years of banquet sales experience in the hotel industry. 2. Proven sales track record and ability to meet/exceed targets. 3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities. 5. Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple events. 7. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or related field. Priority: Immediate Joiner Note :- Necessary Training will be provided to the candidate.
