• JIRA, Software Development, Software Testing, SDLC and testing

· Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements and user stories. · Coordinate and execute activities, including test preparation, test execution, defect tracking, and reporting. · Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure test scenarios cover all aspects of the user experience. · Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring they are resolved before product release. · Provide detailed test reports and metrics to stakeholders, highlighting any issues or risks. · Conduct re-tests and regression tests as needed to confirm resolution of defects. · Work closely with the development and QA teams to communicate test results and ensure a seamless handover of the tested product. · Proven experience in testing or a similar role. · Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies. · Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. · Proficiency in using UAT testing tools and software (e.g., JIRA). · Strong written and verbal communication skills. · Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. · Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. · Experience in Software testing, Familiarity with tools like Jira, Certification in software testing.
