Coordinate with technical and delivery teams for advanced discussions when needed. Develop a robust project pipeline, secure contracts, and update the CRM effectively. Qualifications and Skills 2-3 years of experience in roles such as Bid Manager, Business Analyst, or Sales Professional. Demonstrated success in acquiring high-value projects on Upwork. Outstanding English communication and writing capabilities. Proficiency in drafting detailed proposals and Statements of Work (SoW). Willingness to work in night shifts.
